I had never used Air Experts but they responded to my earnest plea to help so pleasantly. The repair person Kyle came on Sunday am did the work and explained it in detail I could understand, and showed me the damaged parts. It took about an hour for the whole process. Their was no up charge for it being the weekend. I was very impressed with Kyle's knowledge and presentation so I asked for a maintenance plan. I would encourage anyone to use this firm.

I really like Air Experts`s professionalism, punctuality (they always come at a scheduled time), giving a call 30 min before coming and letting know they are on their way, and their prices of course! Also, they always put plastic covers on their shoes to leave your floors clean. We chose them to change one of our heating and cooling systems, then used them to service older heater and cooler. This time it is for renewing some of our duct work and duct work insulation under our 1964 house. Thank you, Air Experts!
